Grown-ups, I’ll let you in on a secret: these “cupcakes” are really more like muffins with a glaze. They’re green from spinach, and mostly taste like banana. But, to your kid chefs, they’re green cupcakes to match a certain smash-ing superhero.
These Kapow! Cupcakes are from my cookbook, “Let’s Party! Kids Cookbook.” This recipe is perfect for kid chefs age 8-12 to make mostly by themselves (grown-up help indicated by the hand symbol), or for younger chefs to make with more help.
