This recipe is a versatile side dish- it will go great with your Thanksgiving spread but is also tasty as a side to grilled chicken or baked salmon, or on top of mashed sweet potatoes.
These green beans are make-ahead friendly! You can refrigerate them and serve them cold (or re-heated). You can also freeze them and thaw via microwave. They’re just as tasty however you store them.
If you don’t have a food processor, this recipe also works with a powerful blender. You just have to blend the pesto a bit longer to help it come together.
