  • If you purchase a ball of frozen pizza dough, remember to put it in the fridge the night before cooking so it can thaw out

grocery list:

  • 4 mushrooms (white button or brown baby bella varieties)

  • 1 package of cherry tomatoes 

  • 1 package of your favorite salad mix (any kind!)

  • Small bunch of fresh thyme

  • Small bunch of fresh basil

  • 16 oz pre-made whole wheat pizza dough

    • Look in refrigerated or freezer section of grocery store

    • Or try Wholly Wholesome or Foods by George brands for gluten free

  • Shredded mozzarella (you'll use 1 cup)

    • Or dairy-free mozzarella style shreds (try Daiya brand)

you may already have:

  • Olive Oil

  • Vinegar (any kind, to make salad dressing)

  • Salt and Pepper
